✨Sparkle and Shine✨this Holiday Season

My favorite holiday looks are inspired by 3 simple things: Lace, Pleather, and Glitter!  These items when combined together will give you a look sure to set the paparazzi off in a photo shoot frenzy.

Look 1: Sassy, Classy entrepreneur

This look is sophisticated and sexy and will definitely have you feeling sexy at your work Christmas party turning some  heads in this feisty look!  This look for the 21st century entrepreneur fashionista features a pleather pencil skirt paired with an all lace long sleeved top.  The sheerness of the lace top gives you a level of sexiness that will make you feel sexy if you don’t before you put it on.

Having a few of these all lace shirts is an important staple in your closet and can be paired with items for multiple seasons.  This lace shirt was purchased years ago, but you can find similar styles here.  Skirt and jacket are from Torrid where you can always find items to fit  your curves.  A simple pleather pencil skirt provides a nice business look, yet still gives an edgy vibe with pleather.  The jacket will be featured on next week’s blog and is a Torrid military style jacket.   The boots are last years fall boot find and worth every penny.  They are over the knee block heel boots from Torrid. I found a similar pair in wedge style here! Hosiery is a must and will set your look apart whether a patterned hosiery, or a fishnet style as seen in this look.  Find similar style fishnets here in sizes that fit up to a 4X through Lovemecurved.com.

Look 2: Glitter and Shine on the Town

This look is for the party fashionista who knows how to bring the party to her and knows how to have a good time!  Short skirts are definitely a must for the party look, especially skirts with glitter!! This skirt was featured last year for my fall looks and I loved it so much still that I had to throw it in for a nice holiday look!

I paired this with a long trench jacket from Torrid with pleather sleeves.  I also paired the sheer black lace shirt to give an edgy vibe and pair different textures together.  That’s what is so fun about fashion, breaking the rules!! You don’t have to just wear lace with a plain pattern or always wear a tank top under it, push the boundaries with a sexy bra or a strappy bralette!

I chose this Cacique bra from Lane Bryant which for me holds the ladies up nicely in my shirts, its all about the foundation ladies, make sure your foundation is strong!  The boots in this look are from the Avenue and have the cutest dangle of fringe on the heel, these have been a staple in my closet going on year #2.

Look 3: Upscale Fashionista

This look is for the fashionista who is ready to make a statement at the holiday party with a floor length dress, with high waist sheer cutout, and red appliques on the shoulder.

The deep neckline cut will be sure to have the heads turning as you walk by.  Made of heavy material that is not only soft to the touch, but flows when you walk and feels comfortable enough to have a night out on the town.  The sheer cutout adds a hint of sexiness along with the plunging neckline to highlight assets.

This is the perfect holiday party or event dress for this season and classic enough to last for years of events.  This dress is a custom piece by ARTTwear and is the only one of its kind with only 2 other sister pieces in similar colors and styles!  No one else will be wearing your outfit when you’re in a designer piece!!  Use code SUSANXO for a 15% discount on your order when you shop www.ARTTwear.com.

I hope I’ve inspired your holiday looks this December! Tag @aliberatedwoman on Instagram or Facebook and show me your holiday looks and I’ll #repost! Xoxo
